Grew hard through eight months of war
An aesthetic clinic in Tehran. I run growth and built the site myself in a month — SEO-first, self-hosted, no third-party stack.

A Builder based in Tehran.
I find the market, learn whatever it takes, and get it running. Six ventures from zero, built on a decade of international B2B distribution.

I was third in the country in the maths olympiad and seventh in physics, studied software engineering, and then spent my twenties selling — first tiramisu I taught myself to make from a YouTube video, then blankets across six countries.
I don't write code. I design the mechanism on paper, work out whether the market wants it, and hire the build. That has been the same method every time, whether the product was a dessert, a container of textiles or a leveraged currency desk inside Telegram.
None of them died of a failed product. They ended in crackdowns, personal reasons and a war — the traction was real every time.

50,000 organic users in month one
A Telegram game: binary trades on five tokens with play money, earning an allocation for launch. I assembled and led the whole team.
Founder
Built and ready — never launched
Ten-minute video calls with someone at your level, with an AI in the room setting the topic and catching mistakes. Tinder meets Duolingo.
Founder
$70,000 raised
Web3 crowdfunding. Approved funding was tokenised into NFT 'project puzzle pieces' the community could buy into.
Founder
~$2M notional a day
A two-sided leveraged market for USD/IRR inside Telegram. I wrote the matching and margin logic myself over two weeks, then hired out the code. Half the money changers in Tehran's bazaar traded in the channel.
Business development
$160,000 profit in year one
Regional business development for a Chinese home-textile manufacturer across Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Pakistan, Turkey and the UAE. Twenty-plus contracts, and I cleared the containers myself.
Sales manager
11% year-on-year revenue growth
Led a team of five selling elevator control panels, ran competitor pricing analysis and rebuilt the revenue strategy around it.
Everyone shows finished work. These are the ones still sitting in the notebook. If one of them is yours, let's run it together.

Wide packing tape printed with a road. Every kid already owns toy cars. A parent tapes a few metres across the carpet, the kid plays, then it peels off and goes in the bin — no storage, no assembly.
Needs: tape manufacturing + toy distribution
Twenty-minute children's cartoons and music videos where the light and sound fade from minute ten until the screen goes dark. Not entertainment — a bedtime tool. In every language.
Needs: animator + children's composer

The language app above is finished and sitting on a shelf. The war stopped the launch, not the product. It only needs someone to take it out.
Needs: a partner to launch it
I don't write code. I design the mechanism on paper, then hire the build. These pages are where each of those products actually started.
